RETURNS

Case 1:
In case we have made a mistake and the goods are not delivered as ordered, in the wrong size or broken, please return the goods to the following address within 14 days including weekend).

PLEASE NOTE: The goods MUST NOT be used and/or washed and must contain the Hang Tags. In case we receive the returned garments washed, used, or broken they will be returned to the customer at customers costs.

We made a mistake, we apologize. We will bear the costs of exchange or return. (If the above conditions are met.)

Case 2:
In case we delivered the goods as ordered, meaning: the correct Model, in the correct size, to the correct address – but you changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product or products or you don’t have a reason at all, please return the garments to the following address within 14 days (inlcuding weekend).

PLEASE NOTE: The goods MUST NOT be used and/or washed and MUST contain the Hang Tags.
In case we receive the returned garments washed, used, or broken they will be returned to the customer at customers costs.

The customer bears all costs of the return to this address.
